We keep ourselves from experiencing God’s Kingdom by our thoughts. We know, but we do not believe. We have a huge distance between our heads and our hearts. When I affirm abundance from God’s Word and deny the expression of abundance, I am like “a house divided against itself.”
We often do not express because of perceived lack in the future. The only lack is the fear of lack in the mind of man. We do not need to overcome any lack, but we must overcome the fear of lack which makes us pile up riches rather than pile up rich ideas for the well-being of mankind.
The world can never be free from the bondage of financial obligations until men erase from their minds the thoughts of “mine and thine”.Sin lies in hoarding wealth; keeping it from circulating freely to all who need it.
The real possessor of wealth is the one who feels that all things are his to use and enjoy yet does not burden himself with the personal possession of anything. The Father gives abundantly, I receive thankfully and give again generously. God is the source and constant supplier. I should not reach for things beyond my means or plunge into debt if I’m confident in His daily supply when I need.
The only place in the universe where I’m the absolute master is over my thoughts. Having the right thoughts about wealth is what brings wealth. That’s why being rich is easy!
